As the managing art director of StoryCorps Jana oversees all parts of the organization related to its visual representation. This responsibility includes the execution of all printed materials, managing various email campaigns, and developing and rebranding recurring events such as the annual gala. In this position I also help to facilitate the launch of new Initiatives such as the One Small Step campaign which debuted on Good Morning America.
Regular duties include maintenance our brand library, advising in the web, animation, and social media department, hiring and managing all contract design personal, support in developing various department budgets and timelines.

Spaceworks is a not-for-profit cultural community development organization dedicated to expanding the supply of long-term, affordable rehearsal and studio space for artists in New York City.
Project 1 Created in partnership with Brooklyn Public Library, Spaceworks with JLF studio developed site specific signage and installed throughout the space. These designs included a 17 x 12 foot wall Illustration of a map of New York City welcoming visitors into the studios.
Project 2 Working alongside the development team at Governor's Island, Spaceworks and JLF Studio designed banners for the new artist studios being constructed on the grounds

BRIC is an organization that presents contemporary art, performing arts and community media programs reflecting Brooklyn’s creativity and diversity. As a presenter of cultural programming, BRIC also provides resources to launch and showcase both artists and media makers.
Teaming with the organizations’s marketing department for several years, JLFStudio has facilitated various printed material including seasonal catalogs, ad campaigns, and bus shelter posters
At its corporate level, the Y’s web design was centered around its organizational structure and the development of new content. With Jana’s redesign, she created microsites, focused around new seasonal campaigns within the YMCA’s pre-existing content management system.
In addition to redesigning the YMCA’s website, Jana has worked closely within the Y’s brand guidelines to create catalogs and seasonal printed material to help promote the organization’s community oriented outreach and goals.

JLF was hired by the agency V Shift to advise regarding both the art direction and user experience of the site. Focusing on this agenda, we worked with web developers to improve the interface while maintaining an appealing and open design.
Redwoods Initiative an organization focused on educating and building confidence in wealth holders regarding the responsibilities of their resources. This action is achieved through group workshops, one-to-one programs, family meetings and curating community.
Working closely with the founder, JLFStudio redesigned the company’s website, incorporating established brand styles while integrating new technology with a modern design approach. Utilizing established industry guidelines, we reinforced the brand’s philosophy with digital illustrations and printed ancillary material.
